I have been sober for 8 years and have never used a specific group, medications, treatments of any kind, just my own will. Anyone can lose all the weight they wish to lose; Anyone can transform their body to look the way they want it to look; and EVERYONE who struggles with an addiction is more powerful than the addiction they give that power to.
