Fat Loss For Idiots Diet: Is it the Most Simple Diet Ever or just another diet that leads us to nowhere fat land? There is a rat wheel that America is spinning on now faster than ever. Is it the over-consumption of diets and diet information that fuels the over-consumption of food? Explore this phenomenon and some very simple, and virtually free solutions.

Fat Loss For Idiots Diet

The Most Simple Diet Ever? Or, Just Another Spin on Just Another Diet?

Is there such a thing as a most simple diet ever created? What about a diet that even a complete idiot can succeed with? With all the press about obesity, a fat loss for idiots diet would seem like the right dish, but it seems all eyes and wallets remain fixed on “quick fixes” like stomach bands, surgeries and Oprah’s latest diet fad (currently no white bread, white rice, or anything wheat or white). One thing is for sure, Americans love to talk about, read about, debate about and try diets, but it doesn’t seem that all this attention we’ve put on dieting has lost our country a single pound.

Obesity rates, especially among our youth, are climbing adding salt to our fat-country wounds. Possibly, it’s the over-abundance of diets and diet plan choices that keep us wrapped up in the rat wheel of dieting, getting fat again, dieting, getting fat again. There are now thousands of websites, ebooks, blogs, videos – not to mention the amount of food plans, programs, point systems, weight loss centers, support groups – I mean come on! It seems that we’ve done nothing but offer solutions, help and support. So, what gives?

Well, even vegetarians can relate to the familiarly seductive smell of McDonalds, the look of ice cream, the taste of good chocolate. But, what’s really making us fat and is there really an idiot level way of losing that fat? One website will tell you low fat, low carb, low calorie diets don’t work while at the same time Atkins will tell you the carbs (which just turn into sugars in the body) are the devil. Still others vehemently deny that the diets I just mentioned are correct and that a no sugar diet is the real way to go. It’s no surprise that nobody has a clue what the most simple diet ever really is, let alone one that an idiot can succeed at.

Here are some solutions. Modeling: ask 10 people you see who are in the kind of body shape that you want to be in, what they do. Then, write it down and do it. So, if you ask ten women who have a decent figure and they all have similar things to say like, eating certain amounts of veggie’s, fruits and regular exercise like running, walking or riding their bike, then go do those things which are common denominators. You will undoubtedly have a free and certainly pretty simple, idiot-proof way to create your own diet plan.

You can also search Google for more specific types of diets that are off the beaten path and you’ll find some gems. Try most simple diet and no diet zone and you’ll come up with some great, cheap ebook sites and diet information sites that don’t clog your mental arteries with the same old information. Most of all, dieting should be free or at least less than fifty bucks. It’s unbelievable that thousands of people pay to count points and do everything themselves anyway. They don’t have to. Maybe our overconsumption of diet fads and diet information is just another extension of our overconsumption of food which then completes the vicious cycle.

In my opinion, the #1 reason I see most people fail at losing fat, or losing it and keeping it off, is this: they attempt to make DRASTIC CHANGES in their eating (and fitness) lifestyle overnight, can’t maintain the changes or even fully handle them, and they quit reverting back to the easier “old” ways of doing things. Hence, they lose weight for a while, but when they can’t keep up the (usually drastic) behavioral changes that helped them lose weight in the first place, they quit that behavior and the fat comes back full force. This is the cycle. If you truly want to lose weight, it has NOTHING to do with an expensive program, pills, “points”, weigh-ins, fitness videos — none of that will ultimately work if the behavior you are trying to change is too drastic, too much too soon. The BEST and most powerfully permanent way to lose fat, burn fat whenever you want, and lose unwanted pounds is to change your behavior one TINY little step by one TINY little step over a period of many months or years. You will finally reach an ideal weight and you will have done it on such a subconscious level that you won’t even recognize the changes that others can’t help but see in you. You will still be critical of your body after losing 70 pounds, but your friends will say, “Holy COW, what are you doing??”.

Time. Time and patience are you best and most powerful tools to permanent weight loss. To get specific guidance and understanding of the 3 easiest adjustments you need to make to lose weight forever, you can find answers in an eBook titled, “The Most Simple Diet Ever!”. Written by someone who’s actually done it, not just researched or studied it.

First part of a six part series of brief articles or "posts" on weight loss and the myriad of obstacles that can cause a very simple and often easy process (losing fat) to become way too complicated--an obstacle to weight loss itself! I will identify the 6 most powerful obstacles to losing fat and offer the most simple solutions.

Addicted to Diets. As the health, fitness and beauty industry has swelled beyond all expected proportions, what effects has this had on our ability to really focus on what will work for us? The effects are numerous, but the most potent ones, in my opinion, are the following:

The diet and health information floodgates have blown wide open and when you search for that information or buy books that offer that information, it’s truly like going out surfing for the first time and trying to ride a thirty foot wave. How successful will you be ? You won’t be. So, is your job to gobble up all the information that you can find on dieting and getting healthy? Or is your job to recognize, using your own instincts, what information is going to most help you accomplish your goals. I’ve written a radical new weight loss ebook called “Lose The Diet! Lose The Fat!” because I had to find my own way to get there while borrowing little bits from the many books, articles and “diet plans” I had tried in the past. I wrote this 36 page book to accomplish one main goal: make the information simple and easy, only Three Adjustments to make and that’s it. Why was that important to offer? Well, look around at the diet books available right now.

How many people need a 200-page in-depth analysis of every food item, craving symptom and recipe on the planet in order to just drop the fat? I just don’t get that. It’s NOT complicated. Eat less of everything (especially the sugar-filled foods) for an extended period of time and you will burn the fat off, period. Simple. Pretty easy if you do it in very reasonable steps. For more on the steps, get the eBook here.
